Your bto or resale flat can be taken away from you if

The Housing and Development Board of Singapore took action against 25 people who bought a public housing flat and broke the rule of having to live in it for a certain amount of time before selling it. These cases happened over the course of five years, from 2017 to November 2022. Out of the 25 cases, six people had their flats taken away from them by the authorities.
