Big milestone for Bidadari! On 8 Jan 2026, HDB announced the final four Bidadari HDB projects are done: ParkEdge @ Bidadari, ParkView @ Bidadari, Bartley Beacon, and Bartley GreenRise. This wraps up all 12 projects in the 93-hectare estate, started back in 2015. Now, there’s a total of 8,872 homes, plus tons of shops, parks, and community spots – making it a green, family-friendly neighbourhood.

My Insights
Bidadari’s full completion after 10 years is awesome – it’s now a ready-to-live estate blending city convenience with nature (15% green space!). For residents, this means everything’s close: shops, schools, parks – ideal for families. Prices in Bidadari resales have been strong (up steadily), and with amenities like the mall and lake, values could keep growing.
